Yakult: Love Your Insides

My friend Juan Perez created this spot - I love it!

The idea is if you love your insides, they will love you back.

Absolut: Doing things differently

This spot was so darned pretty.

The video features artists who make words out of different objects: lanterns at night that fly up in the air, sculpted grass, and my favorite - bottles suspended from trees. Whoever dreams up this stuff has the coolest job in the world.

Reebok Extra Grip Packaging

Here is a crazy new package design idea for a Reebok model of shoes intended for the climbing. Created by McCann Erickson India.

I saw this on Fubiz.net - if you have not been there, then check it out since it is an amazing resource for inspiration.

Video: Honda Insight 60-second "Let It Shine" spot

Jared Hamaguchi found this commercial.

Pretty much, if ever I see a cool clip - it’s from Jared at Saatchi.

The thing that makes this spot amazing is that it’s captured entirely in camera. No CGI - it’s just cars and film. Watch the “making of” video after this one that shows how they did this shoot to fully appreciate this piece. Click here to go to YouTube.

60” TV spot ‘Let It Shine’ for Honda Insight, created by W+K Amsterdam - the first since their appointment in November 2008. ‘Let It Shine’ was created by Zach Watkins, Craig Melchiano and Mark Sloan and creatively directed by Jeff Kling, John Norman and Sue Anderson and is meant to reinforce Honda’s position as a leader in automotive hybrid technology.

Wait Watchers

This entry is on thecoolhunter.com right now.

They write: "No more living in denial about the size of your waist line, thanks to this fantastic albeit terrifying guerrilla marketing initiative from the health club chain, Fitness First. Unsuspecting commuters in the Netherlands are faced with viewing their body weight in bright lights - quite literally - when they take a seat at this Rotterdam bus stop. Scary to say the very least, but extraordinarily clever and likely to increase membership numbers at the local Fitness First. The brainchild of Netherlands’ agency N=5, the initiative takes the concept of guerrilla marketing to a whole new level. - Lisa Evans"

Frightening - absolutely frightening.

Genius advertising idea

Link: http://www.thecoolhunter.co.uk

I thought this was a great example of thinking outside-the-box advertising.

To quote thecoolhunter (a great site): "Perwanal Saatchi & Saatchi in Jakarta, Indonesia, has taken interactivity and creepy-crawliness to a new, flat level with the creation of this massive “floor sticker” in an Jakarta shopping center .

The ad, for Jakarta’s pet emporium JAKPETZ, promotes Frontline Flea & Tick Spray with the slogan “Get them off your dog.”

Viewed from the upper levels, the people walking on the ad look disgustingly flea-like, and the scene elicits constant reactions that sound something like “yikes!” The team behind this effective promo included Chief Creative Officer Andy Greenaway, Executive Creative Director Juhi Kalia and Art Directors Aryanto Salim and Joel Clement. - Tuija Seipell"
