I have enjoyed Amanda Friedman photography for many years now, and it's great to see such a talented artist starting to get the recognition she deserves. Many times I will see images from her of places I have been to often in Los Angeles - the way she photographs them frequently startles me with their point of view.

The places I recognize are: Dodger Stadium parking lot at the top (2), the cityscape is LA from somewhere near Echo Park, the cypress branches might be from the Marina, and the last two shots are Santa Monica.
